What are the delivery charges and available suburbs?
Delivery is currently only available to the local precint of Health Transaltion Hub - Randwick & surrounding suburbs. Orders of $120 are free delivery. Orders under are a flat rate of $10.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Please be advised that our kitchens process foods which may contain or come into contact with common allergens. Please advise the team of any dietary restrictions in the comments upon checkout and we will do our best to accomodate.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept all major credit cards.
When can the items be delivered?
Please select your day and time for delivery from the dropdown menu on the checkout page. Please note, our operational hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm
What happens after ordering?
You will receive a confirmation email or sms. Our team will take it from there and ensure you receive your order on your nominated day & time.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, please check your email for the invoice. If you have not received one, please contact us at admin@hubeatery.com.au
Can I be billed via invoice?
We understand some organisations require a Purchase Order to be raised for their orders. Please email admin@hubeatery.com.au for any orders to be invoiced.
How do I cancel an order?
Please email admin@hubeatery.com.au for any changes. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery date may not be refunded.
