Ordering

Orders are placed through hubeatery.com.au. Orders received by 2:00pm (AEST) are available for next-business-day delivery; orders after 2:00pm are scheduled for the following available day. Minimum order quantities apply to some products and packages and are shown at the time of ordering.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We may update prices at any time; the price payable is the price displayed when your order is placed.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses within walking distance of the Health Translation Hub, Randwick. If the location is further, please confirm with our team before placing the order. Delivery fees and any minimum spends are shown at checkout. Orders over $120 qualify for free delivery within our standard zone. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the nominated address and time window; we are not responsible for food left unattended at the customer's instruction.

Menus & Substitutions

Every package and box is our chef's selection. Items shown online are a guide only and may vary with group size and the seasons. Where an item is unavailable we will substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

Dietary Requirements & Allergens

Dietary-specific items are packed separately and clearly labelled. Our menu is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens. While all reasonable efforts are taken to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our food will be allergen free.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. Inside 48 hours we may be unable to change or cancel your order, or costs already incurred may be deducted from any refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
